We ship internationally! 🌎 We source crystals and minerals from all over the world and store them in China at the moment. So all the international delivery will be dispatched from China.
On the checkout page, you will be provided with a postage and handling quote before you make your payment. The postage is set according to weight and destination. We use a few different services to try to make the postage more affordable for everyone around the world! Also, do get in touch with me by Email if the quote cannot be found during checkout

Any overcharge of postage will be automatically refunded. On the rare occasion there are undercharges, we will ask for the difference to be paid before we shipping your order.
For international shipping, delivery nornally will take around 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, international shipping is a little difficult to predict but should be able to arrive no more than 3 weeks. Do get in touch with me if you require the express shipping option! 😉

Shipping within China
Free local shipping with a minimum purchase of $20. For orders below $20, a local shipping fee of S$2 will apply.

How do i track my order?

All sales are considered final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photo evidence.
